AI Agents & Automation
Put multi-agent systems to work on the operating jobs that move the business, with clear ownership and measurable outcomes.
We help leadership automate the work that drives the company: commercial operations, support, finance and reporting, data pipelines, and customer workflows. Engagements deliver production agents and automations integrated with your systems, designed so teams can run them day to day and executives retain authority on irreversible decisions.
Who this is for
Operations, finance, product, and technology leaders who want AI to improve throughput, quality, and cost without losing operating control.
Approach
- Define the outcome, constraints, and decision rights for the first workflow
- Design the agent operating model against your stack and data boundaries
- Pilot in production conditions with measurable success criteria
- Scale with operating ownership so value compounds after go-live
What we deliver
- Multi-agent workflow design and deployment
- Operations, support, and reporting automation
- Catalog, inquiry, and conversion agent systems
- Systems integration and operating handoff
- Governance, logging, and human decision gates
Common questions
How much does it cost to build a production AI agent?
Three things drive the number: how many systems the agent has to read from and write to, whether the data it needs is already accessible, and how much human review the irreversible steps require. One workflow against one or two systems is a matter of weeks. A workflow spanning five systems with compliance review is closer to a quarter. We scope and price the first pilot as a defined piece of work, so you see the number and the success measure before committing to anything larger.
What is the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?
A chatbot answers questions. An agent does work: it reads from your systems, decides what to do next, takes actions, and reports what it did. The practical difference is accountability. A chatbot has no state you can audit, while an agent produces a log of what it read, what it decided, and what it changed. That is why agents can hold operating jobs like reporting, triage, and reconciliation, and why the irreversible steps in them stay behind human approval.
How long until an agent is actually running in production?
Discovery usually starts within a week. A first pilot running against real data, with logging and a working approve or reject path, typically lands in 30 to 60 days. Production means it is integrated with the systems you already use and someone on your team is named as its owner, not that a demo exists. We keep the first scope small on purpose, because the fastest path to a second agent is a first one that people actually use.
Do we have to replace our existing systems?
No. Agents are built against the systems you already run: your CRM, ERP, ticketing, data warehouse, and internal APIs. Replacing a system of record to accommodate an agent is almost always the wrong trade. If an integration is genuinely missing we build that connector, but the default assumption is that your existing estate stays and the agent works inside it.
What technology do you build on?
TypeScript and React on the front end, Cloudflare Workers and Deno edge functions at the edge, and Supabase with PostgreSQL and row-level security for data. Agent surfaces are built on the Model Context Protocol (MCP), shipped as remote MCP servers, ChatGPT apps, and Claude connectors, against the OpenAI and Anthropic APIs. Delivery runs through GitHub Actions with Vitest and typed contract tests. If you already have a stack, we build inside it rather than importing ours.
What work makes a good first AI agent?
Work that runs on named systems and explicit rules, happens often enough to matter, and has a clear owner today. Reporting, ticket triage, data reconciliation, quote and inquiry handling, and onboarding steps all qualify. Work that depends on undocumented judgment, or that nobody currently owns, makes a poor first candidate: you end up encoding an argument instead of a process.
