AI Adoption Strategy

Give leadership a clear path from AI ambition to prioritized investments that create durable operating value.

We help executive teams decide where AI creates the most value, what to fund first, and how ownership should work. The outcome is a practical adoption roadmap: prioritized use cases, decision rights, success measures, and a sequence the organization can execute with confidence.

Who this is for

Operating companies across healthcare, financial services, media, and consumer markets that need alignment on where AI creates value and how to scale it responsibly.

Approach

  1. Assess opportunity, readiness, and operating constraints
  2. Prioritize use cases by value, feasibility, and risk
  3. Define ownership, success metrics, and the first pilot
  4. Align leadership on the sequence and investment case

What we deliver

  • AI opportunity and readiness assessment
  • Use-case portfolio and investment prioritization
  • Operating model and decision-rights design
  • Executive workshops and adoption sequencing

Common questions

Should we hire an AI engineer or work with an outside firm?

Hire when you have a standing pipeline of AI work and someone senior who can direct it. Bring in a firm when you need the first systems in production and an operating model your team can take over, because that work is front-loaded and does not justify a permanent role until it exists. The honest test is whether you can write the job description. If you cannot yet describe what the person would own on day 90, you are not ready to hire for it.

Where should we start with AI?

Start with a workflow that runs on systems you already have, happens often, and has a named owner who wants it fixed. Do not start with the most impressive use case, start with the one whose success you can measure in a quarter. The first project's real job is to prove the operating model: can your people run this, review it, and trust it. Once that is settled, sequencing the next five becomes an evidence question rather than an argument.

How do we know whether an AI project is worth doing?

Ask three questions before scoping. Does the work run on named systems and rules, or on undocumented judgment. Can you state the success measure as a number you already track. Is there a person who will own it after go-live. Two out of three is workable. One out of three usually means you are buying a pilot that will not survive contact with the operating calendar.

Do you work with companies outside Florida?

Yes. We are based in Sarasota, Florida and work with companies anywhere in the United States and internationally. Most engagements run remote, with onsite time concentrated in discovery and at go-live when it earns its cost. Being on the Gulf Coast is where we are, not who we work with.
